focal Point

Like learning how to ride a bicycle, you need to focus your eyes ahead of the way, balance your self, adjust the speed when you want to do a turn. The point here is that, life itself is like that, focus for the longterm goal, it might be difficult at first to balance and learn how to hit the road but along the way you shall learn how to, just keep your focus no matter how bumpy the road at times. Fix your attention on 'one thing' and never focus your thoughts on what you are not capable of executing at the moment.

In search

"Sometimes... achievement can mean choosing new direction until goals become clearer..."

Finding the answer will take deeo thinking. Widen your horizon, seek out new friends and activities, and search for unthought-of rewards that will make success worth its price to you.

If you really want something, that want will make a difference in your life. You'll work to satisfy that want. You'll sacrifice pleasure for it. You'll even be willing to change and grow for it. In fact you'll deliberately change yourself and grow so that you can have what you really want. But for you won't do any of these things for 'mere wishes'.

Key distinctions

"Success is the result of good judgment. Good judgment is the result of experience, and experience is the result of bad judgment. Bad or painful experiences are sometimes the most important."

If your willing to learn from your experience, then even times you might think difficult become great because they provide valuable information-- key distinctions-- you can use for better approach in decision making.

As what Anthony Robbins said: Make a decision and take action, and in order to succeed, you must have a long-term focus. Success and failure are not overnight experiences. It's all the small decisions along the way that cause people to fail. It's failure to persist. It's failure to manage our mental and emotional states. It's failure to control whar we focus on. Success is the result of making small decisions: deciding to hold yourself to a higher standard, deciding to feed your mind rahter than allowing the environment to control you.

Setbacks

" Fact: Business, careers, relationships, studies, we all have setbacks. There are many Ups and downsBut it's how you handle the difficult situation that makes the difference. "

Setbacks are setbacks, but it must not stop you going or getting what you want. it may sound lame but sometimes setbacks happens for-- growth-- but still its depending on the attitude you have with you and how you set your perspective, and that's important.

Achieving Success is a never-ending process that runs through all areas of our lives. It requires us to focus on a long-term goal while simultaneously attending to all of life's details. it demand that we excel at each task and make the best possible choices along the way. Possitive attitude illuminates a career -- and a life--- that has demonstrated a remarkable staying power (purtant).

Theory

" It's not really about theories, yes, it plays a big part but the core part of all success is who really you are as a whole. A theory without a 'YOU' (principles, ethics et etc.,) is vid."

It was last june 2009 I had attended a redcross training. Well, I was expecting more outdoor activities but what happened was very opposite to what i was expecting. It was lame at first, it was like ' what's this?" but along the run of the said training, I was fascinated, with the message of "INGREDIENTS". What i am trying to point out is, If you live only for a theory without even internalizing it inside you and connecting it to the things you live for, you cannot create a green line out of you.

The concentration in most companies is put on the euro, dollar value rather than the people, but if you take care of the people, you will generate the profit that you are looking for. just don't concentrate on it. Money is all right as long as you keep in your hand and not your heart. Material things are just a minor part of the whole thing.

Sales

"If you don't have a selling system of your own when you are face-to-face with a prospect, you will likely lose control of the sales call; prospects have a system of their own. The prospects' system never says, 'sold,' it says, 'salesperson loses' (Sandler)."

Start with a need, a desire and then a simple idea, and you have the nucleus of a successful venture. Make the right choices -- especially the choice to move ahead -- then create a system to deliver the product or service repeatedly over the years...

and remember that...

 1. The child ego state wants to buy

2.  The parent ego state gives the permission

3.  And the adult ego state makes the decision

Coaching

Ok, I must admit that i love football games and the underlying principle it has (I just knew that today) and i must say that all are the same, may it be life, business, or in sports.

( owner of the photo Alexis Ohanian )

One coach said :

"... If you do not learn to execute the fundamentals falwlessly, you will never be a champion on or off the field. It doesn't matter if you are talking about football, school, or work,... you must learn the FUNDAMENTALS and do the drills that will make you successful in your continuing education. When you go on to your profession and careers, you will see that there are fundamentals that you must learn in order to be a champion in your profession. Only those of you who are willing to develop the physical and mental conditioning necessary to execute these fundamentals will ever succeed in football or in life. This is something you must choose. I can't choose it for you.

I can't make you do these things. You have to want to do these things in order to succeed. Your decision today will determine the kind of team this is going to be and the kind of person you will grow into. i'm simply your coach YOU ARE THE ONE WHO MUST HAVE THE DESIRE TO EXECUTE THE FUNDAMENTALS, day IN and day OUT."

Alas, i forgot the coach's name. Oh well..

Most of the time, the things that we thought none sense and waste of time, are the things that makes a BIG sense at all, and what we thought very simple is the hardest to perform/do. Don't just 'jump and jump' from one thing to another without mastering the fundamentals. Master the BASIC, know what are your strenght as well as your weak points then work on it, be better. No one says its easy - It takes YOU and your WILL.

Decisions

"Not every decision you make has to be a good one. Just make sure that you make more good ones than bad ones --and when you make a bad one, minimize the impact by fixing it quickly (ivan misner)."

The biggest lessons are not from the successes we have, but they were from the every losses we had experienced. If you don't want to commit any mistakes then you will never fully understand what learning really signify. Keep on trying, don't be afraid to make wrong decisions, just remember what you had learn from the past wrong choices, and as much as possible avoid repeating them.

There's really nothing to lose, only something to gain, whatever the choices you makes or actions you take in life, as what jeffers said " for security is not having things; it's handling things."

Competitors

"Don't worry about your competition, Who cares what they are doing or what they charge? Worry about your customers. Always give back to your community. It empowers you and your employees."

Competition is good, it's one way of challenging the YOU and knowing more about what you are like, such as: how you think, how you compete, how you react when others are acting like a 'shark'. You don't have to worry about your competitors there's nothing much on them that you can do except only proving the YOU. Instead, worry more about your customers, to meet their needs and to give them the best service that you can give. You will see that you multiply the YOU - that's more than competing.

More

"There's nothing wrong in wanting MORE in life, business, relationship. For wanting more is the nature of our soul (John Gray)."

The soul is always willing to be more; the mind is always seeking to do more and know more; the heart is always longing to love more and have more; and the senses are always wanting to enjoy more. Wanting more and having less is not the cause of our unhappiness. Unhappiness is simply the lack of inner joy and has nothing to do with our external condition. The real cause of our unhappiness is the absence of joy. Unhappiness is similar to darkness. Darkness is the absence of light.

Concept

Every experience or condition in your life -- poverty or riches, success or failure, health or illness -- is the result of action and purpose set in motion by you, for you are the architect of your destiny (John K. Williams).

There is no situation that occurs without you permitting it to happen, no emotion felt without you letting your self feeling the emotion and there is no changes that can take place in your life, in your relationship or in your business if you yourself will not change first. It's all yours, your WILL. What concept do you have in your life? how small or tall/ big the things do you want to create? again, it's all up to you. How far do you want to go, the choice is yours, the decision is yours  - if you want too see it happen.

Action Reaction -

Not all that you feel are true and not all that you assume are correct, that is why it is so important to make CLARIFICATIONS. Most of the time, what we're feeling is dependent on our past experiences or the way we are. For example :

You have a small business and you have two clients, they are Mr. White and Mr. Black and you are about to do a business deal with them. To Mr. white - you've been so nice, you gave him good sale. But with Mr. black you stereotyped him, you deceived him and you did not gave the same sale, deal though it's the same product.

Now, let's say you are the salesperson who made that deal, you know what you did is not right and there's something wrong with your treatment. Your thinking is affected by your past action. The way you perceive one person's action is dependent on who you are, the way you treat others, and also from your past experiences. Whether you agree to this or not, your subconscious can attest to this.

Like what Mr. Splashy ( Alexis Ohanian ) have said to one of his talk nTED - be genuine, be clear , be sincere . This is the very basic principle of all, may it be business or your personal relationship.

Our public life is the reflection of our private life.

How do you think ?

Our thoughts affects our action, that's why it's so important for us to think what is good, what is healthy and something that is beneficial - which can uplift us, YOU.  Being POSSITIVE is more realistic than  being NEGAVATIVE.
